In the light of these ever changing circumstances we want to stress that the safety of our clients and our team are our highest priorities.

On the design side we can work from home, so we can continue designing remotely without coming into contact with clients. We are always available by phone or email to answer any queries. We are also able to continue with garden surveys and visits without coming into contact with anyone, as long as our designer is able to access to your property, at a time convenient to you, of which we will arrange by phone beforehand.

The team onsite are taking all the necessary safety precautions, limiting direct contact with clients and their families, keeping a safe distance and making a few modifications to how we do things. All the team wear protective gloves for safety purposes in any event. We have our own welfare facilities i.e. tea and coffee making and personalised mugs, so hopefully we can have little impact on clients who might be self isolating or working from home.

We hope that serves to reassure, the spring will hopefully bring a little optimism and raise everybody’s spirits, so we will try to be as proactive as possible in the interim.
